Return of the King: Australia’s top boxer and King of the Cruiserweights, Jai Opetaia (26-0, 20 KOs), returns home to defend his IBF and Ring Magazine Cruiserweight Titles against the undefeated mandatory new challenger David Nyika who has gallantly stepped in 3 weeks out to replace the injured Huseyin Cinkara.

The showdown takes place January 8, 2025 on the beautiful Gold Coast at the Convention and Exhibition Centre. The explosive undercard features some of Australia’s best talent including heavyweight star Justis Huni against South African champion Shaun Potgieter. An IBF World Youth Title is up for grabs for knockout artist Max McIntyre, and title fights for Austin Aokuso, Xavier Fletcher and more.
